A Note From Loren
What this portal is and how to use it
hey friend,
Welcome to your VIP hub! This is home base for everything in your VIP membership, all in one place so you're never digging through old emails or scrolling forever in the Facebook group to find something.
Here's what's in here:
- Home, where you are right now, for updates, upcoming calls, and finding an accountability buddy
- Resources, every guide, training, and video I've ever made, organized so you can actually find what you need
- Store Front, my favorite supplements, foods, and products
- Progress, to track how far you've come
- Ask Loren, the chat bubble in the corner, for quick questions, meal planning, and grocery lists, day or night
Read through it once, then come back anytime something feels fuzzy. You don't have to do everything at once. We meet you exactly where you are.
You are not too late, too old, or too tired. Let's get started.
xo, Loren

1
How your day went
A quick screenshot of your macros and/or food log, even the days that felt off. That's how I coach you.
2
How your workout was
Which one you did and how it felt. A photo, a checkmark, or a sentence all count.
3
One quick win or question you may have
You got your walk in, hit your water, or finished your workout — celebrate it, the small wins are what add up. If you have a question, please ask! Don't be shy, I am here to help you and coach you!
